How do I update my profile and other information?

Click on your name in the upper right hand of the main page. The profile information is to the left of the screen. In this area, you can update the information associated with your account including email address, social network name(s), and a profile pic. Don’t forget to click “Save Details” when you have entered the information:)

How can I join the private Facebook group(s)?

Click on LoopsClub and/or LoopsLove Challenge under your name. A membership page will load. Click on the Community Box. This will take you to the private Facebook page where you can request to join the group. We will confirm your membership and add you to the group. Welcome!

Where can I find LoopsClub patterns and tutorial videos?

Click on LoopsClub under your name. A membership page will load. Click on the Resources Box and select either Patterns or Videos. 

Where can I find LoopsLove Challenge workbook and patterns?

Click on LoopsLove under your name. A membership page will load. Click on the Resources Box and select either Patterns or Workbooks. 

Can I shop Loops for yarn and tools from the membership website?

Absolutely!  On the home page, simply click on “loopsyarn” at the top of the page! This will take you to loopslove.com. Happy shopping!

How do I update my credit card information?

Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the main page. Scroll to the bottom to find the billing information. Click the “Manage Your Cards Securely” button to add a new card, delete a credit card, etc. Complete the required fields and click save. Easy peasy!

Can I change my LoopsClub subscription type (e.g. quarterly to monthly, wool to non-wool)?

Just email us at support@loopsclub.com and we will process your request. Please allow 3 business days for us to make these changes. You will be notified by email when all is complete.

I am loving my blue bags! Can I change my quarterly subscription to monthly?

Absolutely! Just email us at support@loopsclub.com and we will process your request. Please allow 3 business days for us to make these changes. You will be notified by email when all is complete.

Can I pause my LoopsClub membership?

Yes! A pause of one month is an option for monthly members only. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the main page. Click the “Pause” button beneath the LoopsClub section. Your payment will be moved one month ahead. We will notify you by email once your request has been processed.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can switch your membership type or cancel at any time. Keep in mind, if you cancel and re-join later, you might lose benefits or discounts you enjoyed in the past. 

Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the main page. Find your membership status to LoopsClub and/or LoopsLove. Click “Cancel” underneath the membership you wish to cancel. Be sure to consider the other options available so that you can continue to be part of the awesome community and help us to “Knit the World Together”! We will notify you within 3 days once we have processed your cancellation request. 

Because all LoopsClub yarn is dyed to order in advance, we require 30 days’ notice to end your LoopsClub membership. We also request that new Monthly members, who receive a Binkwaffle bag with their first kit, wait until they have received at least 3 kits before cancelling. Very often we find that, even if your first kit is not your favorite, you fall in love with future kits!

Note: If you have been paying through PayPal, we recommend that you cancel through PayPal as well. Sometimes PayPal is not 100% reliable about cancelling, even though a system has informed them of the change. Any questions – please contact us at support@loopsclub.com– we are always here to help!

Can I return my blue bag?

Because they are dyed to order exclusively for us, LoopsClub subscription “blue bag” kits are not returnable. But you have the option swap with another member through the Loopalicious Ravelry group, or through the Club Kit Exchange Option which can be found here on LoopsLove.com.
